I remember the night of the fire well. The throng that led up to the Lighthouse reminded me of the villagers with torches and pitchforks going up to Frankenstein's house. I remember being at the docks as the embers of the fire drifted overhead and the big spotlight of a Coast Guard cutter cruising close by... It's a nite i'll never forget.
